Advent

November 2016 - January 2017

Taking its cue from traditional advent calendars, this installation was the gallery’s Christmas 2016 display.  A mix of images and words were revealed day-by-day.  Apparently initially randomly placed, the words ultimately spelt out the initial words of the John Lennon & Yoko Ono 1971 song, Happy Xmas (War is Over).
